The Forgotten Ruins of Mrauk U . Arakan state

 Koe-thaung Temple, is the largest temple in Mrauk U, Myanmar. The name means "Temple of 90,000 Buddha Images". The temple was built between 1554 and 1556 by King Dikkha.Mrauk Oo is an ancient city where you can still explore its amazing architectures, historic temples and see.

Spread across the beautiful rolling hills of Rakhine in Western Burma, lies a little known archeological site—the medieval town of Mrauk U.
